CWP (Control Web Panel) and CWP PRO (Control Web Panel Pro) support TLS 1.3 and if so how to activate it ?

hi centos 7 doesn't support TLS 1.3 out of the box as it uses old version of openssl, It can be done by manual building of webserver with latest openssl.
